TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VIRTUAL OFFICE ADDRESS SERVICE

  1. The virtual office address is for client’s business usage only.
  2. Client must furnish us with their latest company’s business profile upon signing up of the service or upon our request.
  3. Client must furnish us with all requested KYC documents. We reserve the right to deny our service to any Client that fails our KYC checks.
  4. The client must inform us immediately of any business changes such as change of directors/shareholders and contact details for our mail handling purpose as well as KYC compliance purpose.
  5. We require one (1) month notice for the termination of service. There is strictly no refund for any unutilised balance.
  6. We reserve the right to terminate the virtual office address service upon service expiry.
  7. We reserve the right to terminate the virtual office address service for any suspicious entities.
  8. We reserve the right to return / dispose all uncollected mails 30 days from date of collection notification via email or after expiration / termination of service.
  9. We reserve the right to open any letter to identify the addressee in the event we are unable to do so.
  10. We shall not be held responsible for any loss of mail or correspondence in the process of redirection of mail.
  11. Prior approval must be obtained for any bulky items / parcels to be sent to the registered address. Bulky items / parcels must be collected by the next working day. We reserve the right to dispose of any uncollected bulky items / parcels one (1) week from date of collection notification via email or after expiration / termination of service.
  12. We will notify the client at least one (1) month before the service expiry date for confirmation on renewal of service. Renewals are subject to our KYC review. Upon KYC clearance, the service shall be automatically renewed once payment is received.
  13. We reserve the right to amend any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions, including our prices, from time to time without giving any notice.
  14. This agreement shall remain effective for all subsequent service renewal.
  15. All payments made are non-refundable or transferable.
  16. We reserve the right to terminate the service without notice if there is a breach in any of our terms and conditions.
  17. The client agrees to hold us harmless from any loss, responsibility, costs, damages or liabilities from any party concerned.
  18. The client confirms that they are using the service for legitimate businesses only and fully indemnifies and holds us harmless from any loss, responsibility, costs, damages or liabilities from any party concerned.
