July 2021

Founded in Singapore and obtained Certificate of Registration as Filing Agent.

August 2021

Expands its reach, establishing support in Malaysia and Vietnam.

September 2021

URSIDAE trademark successfully registered in Singapore.

February 2022

Embarks on digitalisation of processes.

March 2022

Declares 4-day work week for its employees.

Moves to new and current headquarters, located at The Octagon, Singapore, and commences provision of new service – Virtual Office Address.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDERS

JAE TEO

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Jae Teo is a Senior Accredited Director and has close to 20 years of operational experience covering regulatory compliance, ERP implementations, internal controls, human resource and information technology. She has held management positions in a company listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in the oil & gas and maritime industries.

Her areas of expertise are contract reviews and insurance requirements relating to oil & gas and maritime industries, business process re-engineering and internal controls, problem solving by thinking outside the box as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations particularly SGX Mainboard Rules, Code of Corporate Governance, Companies Act, Ministry of Manpower (MOM)’s Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA).

Jae provides our clients customised holistic business advisory services backed by a strong understanding of the compliance regime in Singapore and proficiency in business operations.

ANGELA HONG

Co-Founder and Finance Director

Angela Hong is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with extensive experience in international firms and is well-versed in both Singapore and international reporting standards. She possesses a wealth of practical accounting experience, particularly within financial accounting, reporting and internal controls. She has helped build departments and processes from scratch, handled Group Treasury as well as ERP implementations where she played an integral role in taking a mishmash of poor accounting and financial controls, and turned it into a professional system that formed the foundation for stable long-term planning.

Angela has a particular experience in untangling financial messes to help struggling companies get back on track and cater for forward planning and improvements. She is highly skilled at problem solving in complex environments.
